By using AXN Bot ("the Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please remove the Bot from your server.

2. Description of Service

AXN Bot provides moderation tools, auto‑moderation, voice channel generators, invite tracking, welcome messages, and a web dashboard. The Bot is provided "as is" without warranties.

3. User Obligations

• You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Do not misuse the Bot's features to harass, spam, or harm others.
• You are responsible for any content or actions performed through the Bot on your server.

4. Restrictions

You may not: reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the Bot; use the Bot for illegal activities; or attempt to disrupt the Bot's services.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Bot for any server or user at any time, without prior notice, for violation of these terms or for any other reason.

6. Limitation of Liability

AXN Bot developers and owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Bot.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
