1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting AXN Bot to your Discord server or utilizing the AXN Web Control Dashboard, you explicitly consent to and agree to abide by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and Discord's Developer Terms of Service.

2. Provision of Service

AXN Bot delivers enterprise-grade server administration, intelligent anti-nuke rollback protection, decoupled auto-moderation heuristics, real-time invite telemetry, and automated voice channel generation. Asia X Network reserves the right to deploy updates, patches, and feature additions at our discretion to maintain maximum security and stability.

3. User & Administrator Responsibilities

Administrators configuring and deploying AXN Bot agree to:

• Ensure server moderation filters and penalty policies comply with Discord Community Guidelines.
• Refrain from exploiting, reverse engineering, or intentionally submitting high-frequency flood requests to bot endpoints.
• Restrict administrative control center privileges strictly to authorized server managers.
• Maintain valid snapshot backups of critical channel hierarchies and role permissions.

4. Bot Permissions & Automated Defense

To deliver real-time protection against rogue administrative actions, malicious bot attacks, and mass-mention raids, AXN Bot requests administrative Discord privileges. These privileges are strictly utilized for:

• Immediate Anti-Nuke Recovery: Auto-recreating deleted channels, categories, and roles, and reverting unauthorized server name or icon changes.
• Automated Moderation: Enforcing customizable penalties (Deletions, Warnings, Timeouts, Kicks, Bans) against spam, invite advertising, link flooding, and slurs.
• Data Privacy & Security: AXN Bot never stores private member direct messages, sell guild data, or execute unauthorized automated actions outside your explicitly configured rules.

5. Free Trial, Subscription Billing & Grace Period

To ensure server owners can thoroughly evaluate AXN Bot in real-world conditions, all new installations receive an unrestricted 15-day free trial with 100% of all enterprise security and voice hub features unlocked without requiring a credit card or billing agreement.

• Automatic Trial Expiry: At the conclusion of the 15-day trial period, subscriptions must be activated via the web dashboard or official support portal to maintain continuous defense.
• 48-Hour Courtesy Grace Period: When an active paid subscription reaches its expiration date, AXN Bot provides a 48-hour courtesy protection grace window. During this window, security rollbacks, anti-nuke monitors, and moderation systems continue operating at 100% capacity while daily reminder alerts are dispatched to the server owner.
• Suspension: If unrenewed upon the conclusion of the courtesy grace window, bot functionalities are suspended until payment reactivation is confirmed.

6. Structural Backups & Contingency Regeneration

AXN Bot enables guild administrators to capture automated and manual structural snapshots of their Discord community. These snapshots record channel arrangements, category hierarchy, permission bitfields, voice parameters, and role structures. In the event of catastrophic server defacement or unauthorized wipes, administrators may trigger automated regeneration. Asia X Network does not access, inspect, or disclose server snapshot records to third parties.

7. Uptime & Service Availability

We strive to maintain maximum 99.9% uptime across all cloud clusters. Temporary downtime may occur for infrastructure maintenance, Discord Gateway version updates, or database optimizations.
