• Server IDs, Channel IDs, Role IDs: to store configuration settings (e.g., auto‑mod rules, welcome channel).
• User IDs: for moderation logs, warnings, invite tracking, and leveling systems.
• Message Content: temporarily processed in memory for auto‑moderation (spam detection, profanity filter). No message content is stored permanently.

2. How We Use Information

The collected data is used exclusively for:

• Providing and improving bot functionality.
• Enforcing server rules via auto‑moderation.
• Generating user statistics (levels, invites).

3. Data Storage & Security

All persistent data is stored in a local SQLite database on a secure server. We take reasonable measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties. Data is only accessible by the bot owner for maintenance purposes.

5. Data Retention

Data is retained as long as necessary for the bot's operation. You may request deletion of your server's data by contacting us (see below). Warnings and message logs may be automatically cleared after a set period.

You have the right to:

• Request access to the data we hold about your server.
• Request deletion of your server's data.
